By using faet.kai.edu.ua you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any clause, do not use the site.

Only holders of active Google Workspace accounts in the @kai.edu.ua and @stud.kai.edu.ua domains may participate in voting. The administration reserves the right to change the list of allowed domains at any time.

You agree:

not to use someone else's account;
not to circumvent vote-limit rules (one vote per nomination or campaign, depending on configuration);
not to use automated tools to cast votes;
not to attempt unauthorized access to administrative areas;
not to abuse rate-limit thresholds (no more than 10 requests per 5 minutes from a single IP).

Violations may result in your votes being voided and your access blocked.

All materials on the site (texts, images, logos, documents) belong to FAET KAI or their authors. Use, copying or distribution without written permission is prohibited, except where permitted by Ukrainian law.

The site is provided 'as is'. The administration does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute data accuracy. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and correctness.

FAET KAI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the site, except as expressly required by law.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at https://faet.kai.edu.ua/terms-of-service. Continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
