The Faculty of Air Navigation, Electronics and Telecommunications (FAET) combines fundamental research with practical engineering development. FAET's scientific activities are focused on creating technologies with real-world applications in aviation, telecommunications, cybersecurity, unmanned systems, automation, and the defense capabilities of Ukraine.
The Faculty places a special emphasis on integration into the European Research Area, the development of international projects, the digitalization of the industry, and the implementation of innovative solutions in collaboration with universities, research institutions, businesses, and the public sector.
Research at FAET covers key technological fields that define the development of modern aviation, communications, security, engineering, and digital infrastructure.

FAET actively develops international cooperation through participation in European research, educational, and innovation initiatives. The faculty is involved in projects in the fields of cybersecurity, 6G, artificial intelligence, unmanned systems, extended reality, machine vision, and security technologies.
International activity at FAET promotes the faculty's integration into the European Research Area, the development of joint scientific projects, academic mobility, the exchange of expertise, and the creation of new opportunities for students, postgraduates, and researchers.
