The educational program is aimed at training specialists for managing complex processes within the Air Traffic Management (ATM) system and developing strategies to increase airspace capacity. The program is oriented toward specialists capable of researching and implementing intelligent traffic flow management methods. It combines training in aviation management with the design of new air traffic service procedures. Graduates will be involved in flight route optimization, safety management at the aviation enterprise level, development of technical documentation, and the implementation of new ICAO concepts. The program covers the modeling of air transport systems, flight safety risk analysis, and preparation for management positions within air navigation service provider structures.
